    Newborn Session

    Saturday, October 27th, 2007

I did a newborn session this week on an 11 day old little girl. She is a doll and has more hair at such a young age than my daughter at 19 months!! Here are a few from her session…

    Today's Newborn

I hope to do many more newborns in the future.

October is coming to a close folks. Not to long before the Holidays are here. I’ve extended my Holiday Session availability one more Saturday. November 17, 2007 is the last day I can take Holiday Sessions unless you are not getting holiday cards. If you just want prints and no cards for Christmas then I can do that up until December 8. October still stands that if you book your Holiday Session before the end of business hours on the 31st you will receive 10% off any Collection and 25 complimentary Holiday cards. So book your session before then.

I hope everyone is enjoying this not so sunny day!!! :)

    God Bless

    I love Fall!!

    Thursday, October 25th, 2007

It’s been abnormally warm here for October in Lowville NY. It’s really great. This past Sunday was really nice out so J and I took the kids out to get some pictures with the leaves. They had fun and were really cute.

There was a 4 wheeler coming down the road and she made such a silly face at it. Almost like Mom, what on earth is that!

    Pretty girl posing for Mom

The leaves are so pretty even when on the ground.

    My favorite from the day.

I love my kids so much and I’m so thankful that I’ve been so blessed. Today was a difficult day, just busy with some disappointing news at the end. And I just see my kids sleeping in bed so peaceful and everything else just pales in comparison. They are just so wonderful. I love being a mom so much.

I hope everyone is enjoying their fall. I still have a few Saturday’s left available for Holiday Sessions. I think only 2 though. Call to make sure.

Things have been busy lately. I did a newborn session today and it was a lot of work and took a lot of patience. It was so totally worth it though. The people are fabulous and I really just enjoy doing this for people. I haven’t edited any of the pics from today’s session though but when I do I’ll post some here. So check back!

Hug your families tight for me everyone!! Night.

    More wedding pictures

    Monday, October 22nd, 2007

I’ve been going through more of the pictures from my brother in law’s wedding and I wanted to share some. Enjoy!!

I can’t believe I’m posting this one!!! At J & M’s house we set up the camera on a table and took this one. Not the best but it documented us all being together.

The boy’s getting ready for things to start. Don’t they look happy!!!

    M’s pretty dress

    A prayer during the ceremony

The gorgeous cake that Aunt H made. It was yummy too!

    In their own world

This is how my kids ended up by the end of the night. If you look close you can see L’s feet at the top of the image. They all ended up behind that table and didn’t wake till we left.

It was a really good night. I was in the moment while we were there but as I look back now I wished I had taken more pictures. Especially of the kids. I didn’t get very many good one’s and then they all ended up sleeping. Oh well I always say at things like that I don’t want to be the girl with the camera I want to enjoy what’s going on. I did!! :)

Birthday Birthday who has a Birthday!!!

    Thursday, October 18th, 2007

My son C is 5 today. Time sure does fly. He started Kindergarten this year and just loves it. We bought him a new bike and he took right off on it. He’s been riding this little tiny bike that we bought a year and a half ago and now he just looks so BIG on this new one. Tonight we had gramma and grampa over for pizza and wings to celebrate and his real party is Saturday:) He was so excited to try that new bike!!!

Here are some pics of my boy!

One of his very first pictures:)

Here he was only a few days old.

His 5 year picture ( I take a picture of them for the wall each year around their birthday)

He’s grown so much in 5 years. I took cupcakes in to school today for him and I almost cried when the class sang happy birthday to him. It was so cute. He kept calling himself the birthday boy all day today! He’s a very special kid and I so thankful to the Lord for giving him to us!

I’m happy to say that this past weekend was a success!!! My brother in law and his finacee were finally hitched!!! I’m so happy for them and the wedding was awesome and beautiful. I have a few pics to share from the wedding. I was just a guest and my hubby and son were in the wedding so I wasn’t able to get as many pics as I wanted to but I got some.

We had a really good time but I was glad to finally get back home after 8.5 hours of driving with 3 kids in the car. We did some sight seeing while we were there and I will post those another time so check back. While at the hotel we lost M’s baby doll and couldn’t find it anywhere. J looked in the whole room and it was no where to be found. I was so bummed. I mean it’s a $10 doll so no biggie that it was lost except that it’s M’s very first doll that I bought her. We called the hotel and they couldn’t find it right after we left. I’ve called them everyday since then and they finally called today to tell us they found the doll!! YEAH!!! :) So baby doll is on her way home via the usps! If that was the worst problem we had while on our trip I think we did pretty well. The kids still are cranky though and I’ll be glad when they get on a better schedule again.

I sent out my newsletter today so look for that in your e-mail. October is half way done already and Holiday sessions are filling up. I still have more though so if you are interested in a session in my Lowville NY studio please call and let me know. I want to remind people as well that I offer on location sessions as well. So anywhere in the Northern NY vicinity is available. Watertown, Carthage, etc.

    Have a good night all.
