I have some PSA’s for Ellen Nicol Photography

Unfortunately I am going to have to cancel the Spring Mini Session Event that was scheduled for March 8th.  There just wasn’t enough interest.  Sorry to those who did express interest.  I will try it again later when the weather warms up.

Beginning March 1st my pricing structure is going to be changing.  There are just a few minor adjustments I have to make.  Anyone who has already booked a session and paid their Creative Fee the current prices will be locked in for 30 days after your session.  After that the new current pricing structure will apply.  Any new sessions starting March 1st, 2008 will receive information on the new pricing.

I try to adjust my pricing as little as possible but sometimes you just have to do what you have to do

I did a maternity session recently and I loved it. S was great and I was glad she called when she did. I got her in asap and thankfully I did b/c her little one was born a few days later. CONGRATS!!!! Next I will get to do the newborn session and I can’t wait. Those are my favorite!!!

I have a wrap that I use in my maternity sessions. It really focus’ on the baby belly and just creates a neat effect.

Maternity sessions are not widely known and most women think they look horrible while pregnant and say they would never do this. I on the other hand think women are at their most beautiful while pregnant. I offer a bellies and babies package that includes the maternity and newborn session as well as some extras thrown in. If this is something you are interested in just give me a call. It’s such a special time and one of my favorite sessions to do.

I had a session with the cutest 3 year old this week! He was great. He didn’t want to take pictures at first but by the time we were done he didn’t want to leave. I hope I captured his personality. I had so much fun. Here is my share from that day.

Things are picking up now that Spring is getting closer. It’s still quite far from now but people are coming out of hibernation slowly. I will be so glad to get out of the studio and do some sessions outside. I love studio but there is just so much more creativity outdoors.

Just a reminder about the mini sessions I have going on in March. I wanted to mention that if I don’t get a certain amount of families then I will just create a waiting list and reschedule for a different day. The only way I am able to offer the discounted session fee etc is to have multiple families in one day. So far I’ve had just a little bit of interest. So if you are interested in this please let me know asap. Also feel free to tell all your friends and family.

So I told you I had the cutest little girls to photograph the other day!!!! I wanted to share with you all just how adorable they really were!!

I had such a fun time with the whole family.  Thanks again for coming

Also if you notice the skirts the girls have on… those are the newest addition to my studio.  I bought these for all the little girls who love to play dress up.  They are just so adorable and I love it.  If this is something you would like to see more of give me a call and let me know.  I’ll be using these at my spring mini session event as well so if you haven’t made an appt and want to there is still time.

Well I have much more work to do today.
